Portland SeadogsThe Sea Dogs' home stadium is Hadlock Field. It currently has a seating capacity of 7,368. In left field stands the Maine Monster, a 37-foot-tall replica of Fenway Park's Green Monster, complete with Coke bottle and Citgo sign. Along the right-field foul line just beyond first base, a picnic pavilion is available for group outings from 20 up to 300 people. In 2006, a new pavilion opened above the right-field wall over the Sea Dogs bullpen. Modeled after the Green Monster seats at Fenway Park in Boston, it seats up to 393 people and gives fans an opportunity to catch a home run ball.
University of New England Nor'eastersAt the beginning of the 2009 season, The University of New England was ranked ninth in the New England Intercollegiate Softball Coaches Association poll.
Southern Maine Men's Baseball LeagueThe Southern Maine Men’s Baseball League was founded in 1989. And the Men’s Senior Baseball League was founded 1992. After several years of competing for the same resources the two leagues merged in 1996. When the two leagues merged, an agreement was reached to adopt various rules from each league. The league is recognized as the Southern Maine Men’s Baseball League (SMMBL) and affiliated with the National MSBL Organization. Our players come from all around the Greater Portland Area.

The Firecracker Fury Jr. Olympic Fastpitch Softball team is for dedicated and committed 14 and under girls who want to play at the highest level. As part of the successful family of Firecracker teams, the Fury will be focused on State, Regional and National tournaments.

Coming off a great 12u year in 2008, that saw the Fury compile a very impressive overall record of 74-5-2 with 7 tournament wins, as well as a 3rd place finish in PONY Nationals, the ladies are stepping up to 14U.

The Maine Attraction is a group of dedicated young fast pitch softball players from Maine. The girls range in age from 12-17 years of age and travel around New England playing in softball tournaments. For more information you can click on the logo.
The Southern Maine Flame, Maine's Premier Softball Organization is comprised of girls from Maine who enjoy playing fastpitch softball at a high level. The Flame, winners of 11 ASA State Championships and 3 ASA Regional Championships have teams at 10U,12U,14U,16U and 18U levels. They play tournaments throughout New England and have proudly represented the State of Maine at National tournaments across the country.
Maine Pride U16The Maine Pride, is a group of dedicated softball players from the Falmouth Maine area. The girls age 16 and under will be playing in several tournaments through out New England.

Athletics at Southern Maine Community College is an integral aspect of the campus community. Seawolves athletic teams have won over 31 championships while competing regionally and nationally.
