OA Performance & Parisi Speed School partners with Maine Hits
New Training Session start on Feb 6th.
The success of the program has required us to add 2 classes per day.
OA Performance Center & Parisi Speed School has developed sports specific training with an emphasis on baseball and softball. Under the guidance of Kevin Chamberlain who will be providing circuit style session 3 sessions a week at Maine Hits, as well as individual conditioning for the athlete.
Everyone knows how important it is to be ready for the season with a good swing and a good arm, but having overall athleticism is just as essential to tear it up on the diamond. Parisi Strength and Conditioning 101 will work on your overall strength, power, speed, agility, balance, and flexibility to help you become a better baseball/softball player, while limiting your risk of injury. Also included in the program will be a nutritional piece with the basics that are essential for athletic development. Coach Kevin Chamberlain will be leading the program. Kevin is a Scarborough native and graduated from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. He was a starting pitcher/captain for SJC, all the while getting a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
Parisi Strength and Conditioning 101 classes will start Monday Jan 9th.
